I am excited to share that our Strategic Planning Committee has officially finalized the process for the creation of our new District Strategic Plan. This comprehensive plan represents months of collaboration, thoughtful discussion, and a shared commitment to the future of our students.

On behalf of the District, I want to extend my gratitude and appreciation to all who participated in the community vetting sessions and provided valuable input throughout this process. Your voices—those of parents, staff, students, and community partners—helped shape the foundation of our new strategic placemat, roadmap, and plan, ensuring that our collective vision reflects the values and aspirations of our entire community.

The next step in this exciting journey will be to present the new mission, vision, values, goals, objectives, and strategies to the Board of Education at the end of this month. Following the Board’s approval, we will begin implementing the plan and establishing clear systems to evaluate, measure, and share our progress as we bring the plan’s priorities to life.

Our future is bright because of the continued partnership among our schools, families, and community members. Together, we are creating the conditions where every student can thrive—today and in the years to come.
